General terms and conditions (AGB)

General terms and conditions (AGB)

Last updated: 17 September 2026. These terms apply to pre-booked passenger transport supplied by Lidn GmbH under the Leemousine brand.

1. Operator, scope and service

Contracting party: Lidn GmbH, Am Weidenring 58, 61352 Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe · managing director Dohyeon Lee · info@lidn.de · HRB 16728 · VAT ID DE369604590. Leemousine is not a separate entity.

Service is pre-booked private-hire transport under the PBefG, not taxi-rank or street-hail service. Individual agreements prevail.

2. Contract and customer information

A contract arises through confirmation, confirmed card payment followed by completion notice, confirmation of a cash booking, or confirmation of an accepted offer. Obvious technical price or availability errors do not form a contract.

Addresses, time, passenger number, contact and required flight, luggage and child-seat information must be correct and complete.

3. Price, payment and amendment

The displayed or quoted price may reflect route, deadhead, duration, vehicle class, airport service, requests, stops and amendments. Customers can select only SumUp card payment on the customer site. Cash bookings are available only as exceptional bookings separately agreed and created by an administrator.

Amendments are subject to availability; distance, duration and price may be recalculated and additional payments or refunds handled separately.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation fees: 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: free · 24 to under 48 hours before pickup: 25% · 12 to under 24 hours before pickup: 50% · less than 12 hours before pickup: 80% · from the scheduled pickup time or in case of a No-Show: 100%.

The scheduled pickup time is used to calculate the cancellation period. Customers may demonstrate that no loss or a substantially lower loss was incurred; saved expenses and revenue from replacement bookings will be taken into account.

Card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or bank, the credit may take several business days.

5. Waiting, airport and no-show

Waiting is charged at a flat rate of EUR 60 per hour. Free waiting is 15 minutes normally and, with a correct flight number, 60 minutes from actual landing. Further waiting may be charged; subsequent bookings, long flight, baggage or immigration delays and official measures prevent unlimited waiting.

Failure to appear or respond to reasonable contact attempts may be treated as a no-show.

6. Journey time, route and connections

Journey and arrival times are estimates; traffic, accidents, closures, weather, authorities and airport operations may prevent a guarantee. Customers must allow a reasonable connection buffer.

The driver chooses a safe and efficient route; requested routes, stops and destination changes may change time and price.

7. Vehicle, passengers, luggage, children and animals

The booked or equivalent class is supplied; an operational replacement of the same or higher class may be made without surcharge. Model, colour and registration are guaranteed only if expressly agreed.

Legal occupancy and safe loading must be respected. Child seats and animals require advance notice; statutory assistance-dog rights remain unaffected.

8. Conduct, damage and refusal

Transport may be refused or ended for violence, threats, unlawful demands, over-occupancy, missing required child restraint, dangerous goods or safety risk. Reasonable, evidenced costs may be charged for contamination or damage beyond ordinary use.

9. Force majeure, third parties and liability

Liability is limited as permitted by law for extreme weather, natural events, accidents, closure, strike, official order, war, terrorism, widespread IT failure and failures of SumUp, Google or Hostinger outside our responsibility.

Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury, health and mandatory cases. Slight negligence is limited to essential obligations and typically foreseeable loss.

10. Property, partners and records

Customers check belongings; we reasonably assist with found property. Licensed partners or agents may be used and booking, transport and transaction records retained as legally required.

11. Disputes, law and jurisdiction

Unless obliged, we do not participate in consumer conciliation. German law applies without reducing mandatory EU consumer protection. Our registered office may be venue for business customers where permitted; statutory venue applies to consumers.

12. Incorporation and severability

The terms are made available before contracting. If part is invalid, the remainder survives and statutory law applies.
